Shipping
Currently we use recorded and signed for, so we both know that your Votch has arrived safely to you.
How long will it take for me to get my Votch?
We aim to send all orders out by the next working day at the very latest. The delivery time will depend on where you live, but we anticipate for your Votch to be with you between the following times:
Europe: 2-7 working days
ROW (except Canada, please see below): 5-9 working days
Canada: Currently there are delays in Canadian customs which we have no control over sadly. Shipments to Canada are currently taking around 2-3 weeks at the moment.
Votch and Veond cannot be held responsible for any delays that may affect this timeline in your country, such as holidays, customs delays, postal strikes or adverse weather conditions.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts a total of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that is came in too.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the suppliers. For returns get in touch with [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
