Nut milk!  

Have you tried Nut milk? Or have you tried making your own nut milk?

Nutritionally a very different product than cow’s milk, nut milks offer several health and environmental benefits that make them a very appealing option.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups of hazelnuts, soaked in water for at least 3 hours, drained
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 tablespoons good quality cacao powder
  • 4 dates
  • Pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Simply soak the nuts in water for at least 2 hours, then strain and blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth (around 2 – 3 minutes). Leave it to settle for a few minutes and then strain through with a fine cloth or strainer.
  2. Enjoy.
